Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postnatal Packages
Did you know that for at least 3 months before you conceive that both you and your partners pre-conception health is just as important as your pregnancy health? That it’s not just your health, but it’s also your preconception lifestyle and diet that can also affect, not just your chances of fertility, but also the health of the growing baby inside of you?
Not only is your preconception and pregnancy health super important for you and your growing baby, but your postnatal health and mindset is also sooo important, not just for you and your new baby, but for the rest of your family as well!
That is why I designed these packages the way that I have.

Option 1: Preconception Health - 3 Months
Yours as well as your partners health, lifestyle, and diet is just as important for at least 3 months before conception as it is during pregnancy, which is why this option is 3-months long.
In this option we will cover:
Health, lifestyle, and diet and the important changes that you may need to make in these areas
Important nutrients that are needed to prepare your body for what’s to come
Why the health of males and their sperm is just as important as the health of females and their eggs
Important supplements that you should be taking – this is individualized to each person
Recipes and/or meal plans as requested
Private client messenger support – outside of our 1:1 session
I understand that life happens and might not go as planned. If you end up getting pregnant within the three months of this option, we can either move on to early pregnancy health in the first trimester to finish the three months, or you can add on the pregnancy option at a discounted price and continue working with me throughout your pregnancy!
Option 2: Pregnancy Health - 3, 6, or 9 Months
Congratulations! If you are choosing option 2 this means that you are already pregnant!!
As there are 3 trimesters of pregnancy, there are 3 different lengths to this program! This way you can stay with me for just the first trimester, choose to stay for the first 2, or the whole length of the pregnancy. You can start with me in the second trimester, or just whenever you feel you need to.
In this option we will cover:
Important nutrients that you and your growing baby need for a healthy pregnancy
How to prevent nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy
The importance of pre-natal supplements for all stages of pregnancy
Managing your pregnancy symptoms
Management of gestational diabetes – if applicable
How to handle the different levels of fatigue throughout your pregnancy
Education on the different pregnancy stages and the changes that will be happening to your body throughout your pregnancy
Education on how your baby grows and changes throughout your pregnancy
Safe movements and exercises that you can do to help prepare your body for delivery
Full private messaging throughout the program
Recipes and/or meal plans as requested
Option 3: Postnatal Health - 3 Months
If you are choosing this option, you are either near the end of your pregnancy, or you are already there and have a new little one at home… huge congratulations!!
This is an exciting time for you and your family, but whether you are a first-time mom, or have other littles at home, this is an exhausting time and can be scary and overwhelming at times. Sometimes you may feel very alone, I know, I have been there – but you are not alone, and I am here to support you in this new journey as you need!
In this option we will over:
Foods to support breastfeeding – if you are choosing too to breastfeed
How to avoid postnatal depletion
How to deal with the postpartum blues and protect your mental health
Lifestyle guidance for better sleep
How to support energy levels
Prevention or correction of nutritional deficiencies
How to manage any allergies that you and/or the baby might have
Important nutrients for you and the baby
In person support systems for new moms and/or mom and baby groups that are in your area – I will help you find and connect with them
Easy recipes and/or meal plans for new families – If requested
