That’s when I decided to turn this passion into a career. I found NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition, and from the moment I connected with the program (and their incredible graduates), I knew it was the right path. Enrolling in their holistic nutrition program was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made — it gave me the knowledge and tools to bring together everything I had learned through my own healing journey with the science and structure to help others.

Now, it’s my mission to guide women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and “hormonal” back to balance. I work with women of all ages who are tired of surviving and ready to thrive — without fad diets, without quick fixes, and without the nonsense that keeps us feeling stuck.

But let me back up a little — because I wasn’t always thriving.

For years, I struggled with low energy, constant bloating, brain fog, restless sleep, mood swings, and that “wired but tired” feeling that made every day feel like a battle. My nervous system was stuck in overdrive, my hormones were all over the place, and I felt like my body was completely out of control.

I did what most of us do — I went to the doctor, then to specialists, hoping someone would give me an answer. But instead of relief, I was met with quick fixes and dismissal. Deep down, I knew something was off. I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly, ready to give up on feeling better.
